Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before you open an account with HareKrishnaMarriage.
By becoming a user of HareKrishnaMarriage, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and
Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions and the privacy policy form an
agreement between HareKrishnaMarriage, (“HareKrishnaMarriage”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its clients
(“you”, “clients”) when you subscribe to and use the HareKrishnaMarriage service.
HareKrishnaMarriage reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the privacy policy from
time to time as set out herein. If you object to any provision of these terms and conditions and/or the
privacy policy, including updates and amendments, you must immediately cancel your membership and cease
accessing and using our services.
Some of the Terms and Conditions for using our services are:
- The marriage bureau will only be a facilitator. It has no obligation to monitor any kind of disputes between two parties. It shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established through the support of the bureau.
- The marriage bureau cannot guarantee marriage and does not promise any specific results.
- The verification of the prospective matches needs to be done by the respective families/friends.
- The devotees handling the marriage bureau will not be responsible for any kind of inaccurate or incorrect information provided to them. They are also not responsible to verify the authenticity of information provided.
- If you are not a devotee, your registration/profile will be deleted without any notice. And no refund will be made.
- In any situation, if you want to withdraw your service, you can delete your account or can contact us for deletion of your service and no money will be refunded.
- Once you accept an interest request from another member, your verified contact details may be shared with that member to facilitate further communication regarding marriage.
- Eligibility: To become a user of HareKrishnaMarriage you must be over 18 years of age, or over the legal age of majority in your country of residence, if different. You also must be a devotee of God/Krishna, pursuing the path of bhakti yoga as described in the Vedic scriptures and the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
- Terms of Use: The subscription fee for registration must be paid before you can access our services. If you cancel your subscription within 7 days, the fee will be refunded to you in full after deducting any taxes incurred by local government. After 7 days, the fee is no longer refundable. You must provide the names and email addresses of one to two Vaishnavas in good standing who know you, but are not related to you biologically or through marriage, and who can provide a simple character reference for you. When registering as a member of HareKrishnaMarriage, you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. By creating an account, you grant HareKrishnaMarriage the right to use any information you include in your profile for the purposes of providing the service to you and other members.

Contact Information Sharing Policy:
To help genuine devotees connect and avoid unnecessary delays in the
matrimonial process, HareKrishnaMarriage follows a structured,
interest-based contact-sharing process.
1. Separate consent during registration
During registration or profile completion, you will be asked to provide separate consent to this Contact Information Sharing Policy. This consent is separate from your general acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By providing this consent, you agree that your verified contact number may become viewable inside HareKrishnaMarriage to a specific verified member with an active Premium Membership who has sent you an interest request, if you do not accept or reject that request within seven (7) complete days.
2. Interest and reminder notifications
When an eligible verified Premium Member sends you an interest request, HareKrishnaMarriage may notify you through:
• The HareKrishnaMarriage website or application;
• Email; and/or
• WhatsApp, SMS or other communication channels where available and enabled.
Normally, the following notifications will be sent while the interest request remains pending:
• The first notification when the interest request is sent;
• A second reminder approximately two (2) days after the interest request; and
• A final reminder approximately five (5) days after the interest request.
No further reminder or seven-day contact access will apply if, before the seven-day period ends, the interest is accepted, rejected, withdrawn, cancelled, blocked, reported or otherwise closed.
3. Contact visibility after seven days
If you do not accept or reject the interest request within seven (7) complete days, your verified contact number may become eligible to be viewed by the Premium Member who sent that specific interest request.
Your contact number will not be automatically sent to the Premium Member through email, WhatsApp, SMS or any other external communication channel.
The Premium Member must return to HareKrishnaMarriage and select the “View Contact Number” option. At that time, HareKrishnaMarriage will verify that all applicable eligibility conditions are still satisfied before displaying the contact number.
4. Premium Member eligibility
Contact information may be displayed only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
• The person requesting access is the same member who sent the specific interest request;
• The requesting member has a verified and active account;
• The requesting member has a currently active paid Premium Membership;
• The membership is not free, expired, pending payment, cancelled, suspended or otherwise inactive;
• The interest request has remained pending for at least seven complete days;
• You provided valid consent to this Contact Information Sharing Policy before the contact disclosure became due;
• Your consent has not been withdrawn before the contact information is revealed;
• Neither member has blocked or reported the other member;
• Neither account is rejected, blocked, hidden, inactive, suspended or deleted; and
• No legal, security, safety or administrative restriction prevents the disclosure.
HareKrishnaMarriage may refuse or delay contact disclosure if it detects suspicious activity, misuse, fraud, harassment, account compromise, violation of these Terms or any risk to member safety.
5. Information that may be displayed
Under this policy, HareKrishnaMarriage will ordinarily display only the verified registered contact number associated with your profile.
Your contact information will:
• Never be displayed publicly;
• Never be displayed in profile search results;
• Never be made available to every Premium Member;
• Never be made available merely because a person viewed or shortlisted your profile; and
• Be viewable only by the eligible member connected with the specific interest request.
Your postal address, identity documents, payment information, password, internal account information and other sensitive or administrative details will not be disclosed through this contact-sharing process.
6. Accepting or rejecting an interest
If you accept the interest request, contact information may become available in accordance with the normal accepted-interest process.
If you reject the interest request within seven days, your contact number will not become available to that member under the unanswered-interest process.
If you do not wish your number to become eligible for viewing under this policy, you should accept or reject the pending interest before the seven-day period ends.
7. No automatic acceptance of an interest
Displaying your contact number after an unanswered interest does not mean that you have accepted the member, approved a marriage proposal, agreed to a relationship or provided any assurance regarding marriage.
It only enables direct communication between members for genuine matrimonial purposes.
8. Responsible use by the Premium Member
A Premium Member who views another member’s contact number must use it only for genuine, respectful and lawful matrimonial communication.
The Premium Member must not:
• Use the number for advertising, marketing or commercial solicitation;
• Share, publish, sell or disclose the number to another person;
• Repeatedly contact, threaten, abuse or harass the member;
• Contact the member after being asked to stop;
• Misrepresent their identity or matrimonial intentions; or
• Use the contact information for any illegal, fraudulent or unrelated purpose.
Misuse may result in warning, suspension, permanent account termination, restriction of contact access, forfeiture of subscription benefits and, where appropriate, reporting to the relevant authorities.
9. Consent and withdrawal
You may withdraw your contact-sharing consent for future disclosures through the contact-sharing or privacy controls provided by HareKrishnaMarriage, or by contacting customer support through the official support channel.
Withdrawal will apply to contact details that have not yet been revealed. It cannot reverse access that was lawfully provided before the withdrawal was received and processed.
Withdrawing consent may limit certain interest and contact-sharing functionality. It will not automatically delete your account or cancel your membership unless you separately request such action.
10. Audit and security
For security, misuse prevention, dispute handling and compliance, HareKrishnaMarriage may record:
• The interest request involved;
• The members connected with the request;
• The dates on which notifications and reminders were generated;
• The date and version of the consent provided;
• The membership and account status checked at the time of access;
• The date and time on which the “View Contact Number” option was used; and
• Relevant security and technical information associated with the access.
These records do not mean that HareKrishnaMarriage guarantees the identity, intent, behaviour or suitability of any member. Members and their families remain responsible for performing appropriate background checks and taking necessary safety precautions before communicating or proceeding with any matrimonial arrangement.
11. Changes to this policy
HareKrishnaMarriage may update this Contact Information Sharing Policy to reflect changes in the service, security practices, business processes or applicable law.
Where a material change affects the purpose or manner in which contact information is disclosed, HareKrishnaMarriage may provide a revised notice and request fresh consent where required. - Our Services: HareKrishnaMarriage provides registration and administration services for devotees of Krishna who are looking to get married, including a screening service by collecting one to two references per client. We provide a website and database with access for matchmakers to search for matches, share profiles, and introduce users to each other online, after they have expressed mutual interest and consent for an introduction. Matchmakers are not employed by HareKrishnaMarriage, and they work independently. They may charge a fee for their services.
- Limitation of Liability: HareKrishnaMarriage does not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any content contained on the website or transmitted by other clients on the system. Neither HareKrishnaMarriage, nor the matchmakers who are introduced to clients by HareKrishnaMarriage, are liable for verifying information about clients to other clients. We only pass on the information that is given to us by the clients themselves. Once an introduction is made, it is the responsibility of the clients to gather sufficient information about each other before committing to marriage.
- Your Obligations: You acknowledge that you use and access the HareKrishnaMarriage matchmaking service at your own risk. Your membership is for personal use only and not for business or commercial purposes. You will treat e-mails and other messages received via or in relation to the Service confidentially and you will not disclose these messages to third parties without the consent of the sender. The same rules also apply to any phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information of other HareKrishnaMarriage members.
- Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: Except for the warranties expressly set forth herein, HareKrishnaMarriage provides no warranty whatsoever with respect to the services, including warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of title, or warranty against infringing intellectual property rights of a third party, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Law.
