Please read the Refund Policy carefully before you open an account with HareKrishnaMarriage. By becoming a user of HareKrishnaMarriage, you accept and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions of Use, and our Privacy Policy. HareKrishnaMarriage reserves the right to amend this refund policy, terms and conditions, and privacy policy from time to time. If you object to any provision, including updates and amendments, you must immediately cancel your membership and stop using our services.
Refund Terms for Using Our Services
  • 7-Day Refund Window: If you cancel your subscription within 7 days, the fee will be refunded after deducting any applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or government-related deductions. After 7 days, the subscription fee is non-refundable.
  • No Refund for Non-Devotee Profiles: If you are not a devotee, your registration/profile may be deleted without any notice, and no refund will be made.
  • No Refund After Voluntary Withdrawal: If you want to withdraw your service, you can delete your account or contact us for deletion of your service. In such cases, no refund will be made.
  • Contact Sharing After Accepted Interest: Once you accept an interest request from another member, your verified contact details may be shared with that member to facilitate further communication regarding marriage.
  • Terms of Use: The subscription fee for registration must be paid before you can access our services. You must provide the names and email addresses of one to two Vaishnavas in good standing who know you, but are not related to you biologically or through marriage, and who can provide a simple character reference for you.

    When registering as a member of HareKrishnaMarriage, you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. By creating an account, you grant HareKrishnaMarriage the right to use, host, store, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit, modify, or share any information you include in your profile for the purpose of providing the service to you and other members.
